About me
I am a nurse from my previous education, and with that I have worked a lot with people's health and well-being. Sports have always been a big part of my life, currently my main sports are lock wrestling/Brazilian jujutsu and crossfit. I love moving around in nature, and I recover best at a cabin or marveling at nature with my dog on a jogging path. I ended up studying at the Finnish Sports Massage School after thinking about how I could combine these two important things for me: sports and comprehensively helping people. I am very empathetic by nature and it shows in my work. I want to create an individual and confidential care relationship with clients and hope that it is always safe to come to my office.
The best at work
The best part of my job is finding out the root cause of the problem and working long-term together with customers to solve it. The feedback that I have succeeded in helping with pain or solving a problem motivates me the most in this job. The best thing is to see the positive results at the next appointment. I want to help everyone live a healthy and pain-free life. Hearing different life stories is very interesting and the discussions rewarding.
Future

The desire to study this field is great and I am currently studying orthopedic osteopathy. The studies delve into various musculoskeletal diseases and their research and treatment. What is interesting about osteopathy is the holistic consideration of people. I want to base my treatment on researched and up-to-date information. In particular, I have always been interested in helping and supporting pregnant women and helping with postpartum recovery. After becoming a mother myself, this interest has only deepened and maybe sometime in the future I will focus even more on comprehensive care of women's health.
