About me
Hi there! I’m originally from Estonia but have lived in Finland since childhood. My services are available in both Finnish and Estonian.
I graduated as a physiotherapist from LAB University of Applied Sciences. I have been active in sports since I was a child and competed in figure skating at a national level. Unfortunately, I had to stop skating due to a sports injury, which sparked my interest in physiotherapy. However, my passion for figure skating remained, and in 2017 I transitioned from being a skater to becoming a coach. Since then, I’ve coached figure skaters of all levels and attended training courses provided by the Finnish Figure Skating Association.
After graduating as a physiotherapist, I wanted to further enhance my skills. I am currently studying at the Finnish Sports Massage Institute to become a certified massage therapist, with graduation planned for June 2025. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and prioritizing my own well-being.

The best at work

For me, it’s essential that clients feel safe and comfortable during their visits. I always take into account each client’s personal goals and preferences. Together, we can build a plan tailored to support those goals. Helping others has always been close to my heart, and this work is incredibly rewarding—especially when I get to witness my clients’ successes.

Future

In the future, I aim to continue my education and deepen my expertise even further. I am considering pursuing a Master’s degree in health sciences. I enjoy working closely with people but also aspire to play a role in advancing and improving healthcare systems in the future.
